Demand has continued to grow even as plant-based dairy alternatives have managed to become a big niche. Dairy’s problem has been not plant-based, but the timidity of dairy producers in holding back from communicating dairy’s many science-based positives.
There are multiple positive health benefit directions that dairy can still take, whether that’s communicating more about whole food benefits, natural nutrient density or protein quality.
