Regardless of what mainstream media might be telling you, dairy protein has been one of the biggest success stories of the last decade. Demand has continued to grow even as plant-based dairy alternatives have managed to become a big niche. Dairy’s problem has been not plant-based, but the timidity of dairy producers in holding back from communicating dairy’s many science-based positives. 

There are multiple positive health benefit directions that dairy can still take, whether that’s communicating more about whole food benefits, natural nutrient density or protein quality.
